Boom Type Stacker and Reclaimer
Introduction
The boom type scraper stacker and reclaimer are being increasingly
used worldwide in enclosed circular stockyard. They are being used
in nearly all industries and for almost all kinds of bulk
materials. The boom type scraper stakcer and reclaimers have span
up to 60 m and capacity up to 5,000 t/h.
applications
Circular bridge type scraper stacker and reclaimer is mainly used
in building materials, coal, metallurgy, electric power, port, and
other industries, and is mostly used to stack limestone or coal and
other bulk materials. It is equipment that continuously stacks and
full section reclaiming, It is suitable for indoor or open
stockyards where bulk materials need to be blended, stored and
transferred. It can complete the blending and stacking and blending
and reclaiming of materials at the same time or separately
Working principle
The cantilever of the stacker is equipped with a belt conveyor, and
the materials feeding from the belt conveyor on the trestle are
stacked through the belt conveyor on the cantilever of the stacker;
The reclaimer completes the reclaiming work through three sets of
driving linkage processes: traveling, luffing and scrape.
