Tailor-made bucket elevator for bulk material vertical transport
The SSI bucket elevators are customized and continuously developed

transport of any kind of bulk material under severe operating
conditions and in continuous operation.
Generally speaking, the form of materials directly determines the
unloading mode of materials. The common law is that powdery
materials are unloaded by centrifugal ejection and massive
materials are unloaded by gravity. Different unloading modes
determine the different hopper forms of bucket elevators.
Centrifugal ejection unloading mostly adopts shallow buckets and
arc buckets, while gravity unloading needs a deep bucket. The
bucket elevator adopts different types of hoppers, so the material
conveying capacity per unit time is different. The final conveying
capacity of the bucket elevator is a comprehensive parameter that
depends on the hopper form, bucket speed, material-specific
gravity, material properties, and hopper quantity.
The selection process of bucket elevator: material specific gravity
→ transmission mode (bucket elevator model) → material property →
unloading mode → hopper form → lifting capacity of this series of
bucket elevators → determine the model.
The performance parameters of bucket elevator change due to the
change of conveying capacity and conveying height, so the accurate
specification, conveying capacity, chain (belt) speed, and power
need to be determined through calculation. Users can make a
