Customized heavy duty vibrating feeder for ore conveying in
opencast mines
SSI vibrating feeders are ideal for direct feeding processing
machinery such as roller crusher, cone crusher, jaw crusher, impact
crusher, and hammer crusher. The feeders can be also used to feed
screens, roller sizers, and conveyor belts. All the feeds can be
designed based on the specification of the client`s requirement.
Working principle of vibration feeder: the current of the
electromagnetic coil of the exciter is rectified by a single-phase
half-wave. When the coil is connected, there is current passing
through the positive half cycle, and a pulse electromagnetic force
is generated between the armature and the iron core to attract each
other. At this time, the slot moves backward, the mainspring of the
exciter deforms and stores certain potential energy, and there is
no current passing through the negative half cycle coil, When the
electromagnetic force disappears, the mainspring releases energy to
make the armature and iron core move forward away from the tank in
the opposite direction. Therefore, the electromagnetic vibration
feeder vibrates 3000 times per minute at the frequency of the AC
power supply. Because there is a certain included angle between the
horizontal plane direction of the tank and the action line
direction of the exciting force, the materials in the tank move
forward continuously along the parabola track. The exciting force
is controlled by adjusting the rectifier voltage, to control the
feeding amount of the electromagnetic vibration feeder. The
electromagnetic vibration feeder is powered by thyristor
rectification. The output voltage is directly related to the
conduction angle of the thyristor. Therefore, when in use, the
output voltage is generally controlled by adjusting the conduction
angle. At the same time, according to different use environments,
different signals can be selected to control the conduction angle
of the thyristor, to achieve the purpose of automatic quantitative
feeding of the feeder.
