mechanism, scraper system, scraper conveying system, beam,
electrical control system, etc
Working principle
The bridge scraper reclaimer starts from the tip of the pile in the
center of the stockyard. The scraper system on both sides of the
reclaimer moves back and forth along the reclaimer bridge, and the
materials on the whole reclaiming surface are scrape to the bottom
of the stack through the scraper teeth on the scraper. With the
circular movement of the scraper system along the bridge, the
materials falling to the bottom of the stack evenly enter the
continuous scraper, are taken away by the scraper and unloaded onto
the belt conveyor. Driven by the traveling drive system, the
reclaimer runs along the rail to the other end of the pile to
complete the whole blending and reclaiming process.
An important part of the bridge type scraper reclaiming equipment
is the tripper car and integrated belt conveying system which
transports material to the bucket-wheel boom and then to the
stockpile. The tripper car and conveying system is often equipped
with a "bypass function" that enables material to bypass the boom
and continue along the conveyor system.
